Our vision is to impact the city of Atlanta for Christ by encouraging the spiritual growth of Atlanta’s future influencers. We help today’s young leaders develop a vision of how Christ would have them perform in today’s marketplace. The Capital Group has succeeded in this task for over 20 years.

Our participants include young men in their 20’s and 30’s who seek to be used by God, or who are simply intrigued by what it means to be a Christian in today’s business world.

The Capital Group meets for lunch 8 times a year at the Capital City Club in Brookhaven. These lunches afford our members the opportunity to network with other likeminded professionals. The lunch is highlighted by a talk from a high caliber Christian business leader, providing insights on how Biblical truths have been relevant in his career.

We purposely minimize our structure and organization. Instead, we strongly encourage our members to be involved in a local church and perhaps another ministry. We see the Capital Group as a means to provide our members with credible outlets to serve. During each lunch, a different local outlet is featured, in an effort to spur the spiritual growth of our members.

By announcing the needs and opportunities of other Christian organizations, we seek to be a vehicle to bring our members in touch with various ministries. Our hope is to establish long-term meaningful friendships with other likeminded young Atlanta-businessmen, so that as individuals naturally progress into greater leadership roles, Atlanta’s future leadership will be better equipped to act strategically for the church and in the marketplace.
